I used the free version for a couple months and the temperature badge on the icon seemed to update. Now that I have decided to pay for the ad free version, the badge does not update. I don’t care what the developers say, it will not update until I tap on it. It’s now 46 degrees and the badge said 53 degrees until I tapped it and updated it. The free version seemed to work better. My WiFi is strong so it cannot be blamed on that. Hopefully they will figure out why the ad-free version doesn’t update.

This is one of the best looking weather apps I’ve tried, while it provides HIGHLY inaccurate results. Even the results on the same day are widely inconsistent. Stay away from this one. Trying to contact customer support, you’ll get a canned response. At least they good at using Copy/Paste.

Everything I watch for the weather, they are mostly of times are right! Thank you for you GREAT job!

It’s my main source of the weather. Still see the weather on TV channel 5 but don’t always turn tv on.

Love this App- I program in all the cities I fly to or visit, and when I am driving somewhere too. I can route plan a timeline that includes weather conditions, thereby increasing punctuality. It’s spot on, easy to use, and I am very happy I got the paid version. Well worth it!!

Ive had weatherbug and other weather apps that were less informative, required going to different pages instead of merely scrolling down. I love this weather app and its on the front page of my iPhone!!!

App provides a wealth of info. Too much for me but thats ok cause I can easily navigate around it. Only problem for me is I can never find any accumulation totals for snow. That to me seems like something everybody would want to know when a snow storm hits. I can easily find the UV index though. Does anybody actually want to know the days UV index or the name of a hurricane 10 thousand miles away

Really nice pic but my issue is it does not tell you a written forecast of the days for example I want to know how much snow I’m gonna get and it only gives you some weird graph that is hard to understand like 0.003

For the iPhone it is by far a 5 star product. No other weather app is as features rich and well designed. For the Apple Watch, the complication does not show the actual weather, just if it’s cloudy, sunny or rain. You have to tap and wait for the app to load to actually see the weather. Completely opposite of what you use the watch complications for... not having to open apps. Just quick easy information. Fix that, I’ll change my rating.

App once said it was 15C but it actually was only 1C. Also, it uses French terms we dont use in Québec (e.g. "crachin"). I would recommend sticking to the defaut iOS app in this region.

Many times the current weather is 100% wrong

As a farmer I need to be able to glance at the rain forecast constantly. I really like this app, but on the daily chart it needs to list the rain % and on the future forecast it needs the rain percentage below the temperature ranges. If Weather Live made those adjustments it would be a five star. Right now the only information you can see on the splash page (without selecting a day) is a rain cloud. But you don’t know if that is a 30% chance or a 90% chance. You don’t know if that chance of rain is for 0.5 inch or 4 inches. The free apps all offer this information. Weather Live needs to do the same considering they are charging $$.

This app seems to be at the top of the game! Very accurate for up to data and really nice a quick glance and I can see the outside temps without having to open the app! Very convenient.

I’ve had this app for the last 3 years by far the best I’ve used. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this app. However, I do not love the fact that when they decided to update the app I had to re-purchase the app. Eventually I was no longer able to download the app I paid for on any of my new devices because they no longer offer it.

If you’re into pretty over function, this is one of the better weather apps for this. The home screen cannot be set up by the user so you’re stuck with features you may not want to wade through—not to mention that some features are worthless and should have an option to turn them off. The “rain map” and “radar map” is near useless and do not update frequently—my rain map is currently 1 hour and 45 minutes old—says it’s raining outside but it’s not. The screen currently shows 100% chance of snow and has said this for several hours—there has been no snow clouds in the area and there is currently none expected. The top section of weather information is the best part, if you feel you can trust it. If you want current and up-to-date weather and radar, this doesn’t appear to be the app for you.
