why does every weather app (software) writer think that the background needs to these ugly photos, or gifs. Personally, I would prefer a simple whitish background that is easier on the eyes than watches stuff whip across a little screen every time that I want to check the dang weather conditions. IMHO, Weather Underground was on the right track with their backgrounds since they use a very sink color scheme and push information as the important factor and not some random useless photograph of a place or sky that I personally do not care about. I am concerned about my weather conditions, not the sky over Kansas or New York, it just doesnt interest me while I am checking to see if my home is going to be swept away by flood waters or blown away by a storm, etc. In summary, please save the cutesy photo based backgrounds for your stupid Facebook page, when I am checking the weather it is much more important that the information be correct than cute. This is particularly important when I have PAID for the app, this is when I should definitely have the right to decide that the backgrounds can go. So when the clouds are rolling out, and you are still showing a cloudy picture..... something is not adding up for a paid subscriber when it is cloudy or partly sunny outside but you are still forcing photos of cloudy backgrounds. FYI: if you utilized a generic background, then when the weather changes the user of the app truly gets to experience the weather in a visually cleaner environment since it will not be pre-determined as to what the user gets to see.

Finally!!!! YEAH. Much better than the last one. Awesomeness.

I run a roofing company. This is a great app lets me know hour by hour how the weather is changing so I dont get caught in bad weather with the roof open!

Its been sleet and rain for more than 2 hours. The app shows bright sun and temp is way off Tried several times to no avail

Good app! Ive been using Weatherbug for a while. Changed to this & like the features of this so much better.

I have no problems using the app!! Does what it says.

I love the interface! I have been using "Storm" and it works fine. My only complaint was that the home screen was difficult to read and swiping up to show daily forecasts was not easy. As often as not my swipe summoned the iOS Control Center. Weather Live fixed that.

Love this..perfect for iPad

I ride bicycle and need to know the outside conditions. i. e. wind, precip, feels like temp The larger clock is a plus as well as having the app as my home screen. Great job on the app guys.

Use this app to get accurate info

I have downloaded so many weather apps, free and not. They are for the most part inaccurate. This app is right on the button. It also shows time, humidity, wind and more all in real time. Plus it has a background wallpaper that reflects current conditions. I really like it!

Not worth .05 cents and I paid 2.99! A mistake.

My weather live app alerted me before my NOAA app ( just like for the person in Tulsa that rated it) for all the blowing dust advisories and wind and fire alerts and warnings that have been going on around here. I also like how the current temp is displayed on the app icon. I am in Tucson.
