Poor forecasting

Well I wanted to message the support team first but all they do is have a link to another app. My problem is I do not know where or what service they use to get their weather. For instance this week alone this app is calling for heavy snow in my area when every other weather service is not. How are they so wrong? I’ve had many instances of bad weather reporting from this app. I have given them plenty of time to correct themselves, yet nothing has changed. I’m setting this app aside and going with accuweather. At least they’ve been around for a long time and have a much better track record. I’m sorry for airing all of this here but as I’ve said they didnt allow for this conversation to happen on their site or privately.
