Poor & canned response support

Originally this was 3 stars and left a negative comment about customer support and then I got a message from them asking that theyd like to remedy this problem. So I did and got another canned response. The iOS app is great but not for  Watch. It crashes 3 times in a row then becomes stable. Then again on future calling it up.
