Big accuracy problems

I’m in Crawford Bay, BC, Canada and it consistently tells me that it’s 5 to 10 degrees colder outside than it is. I suspected it might be due to thinking we are at a higher elevation but could be wrong. It’s frustrating when a paid app is not as good as free ones.
