Just got this app and it gives me the right temperature but it keeps telling me that its sunny with clear skies when in fact its raining and windy

This is the first app I use when I get up in the morning. A very well-made product. What I dont understand is why does it cost ¥120 more than Impala Studios Weather when both products are priced the same in US dollars!
